As the holiday season grows near my heart begins to pound in anticipation, to prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ, beginning with thanksgiving for His great love! I imagine I can hear heaven rustling with the sounds of preparation for His Return and excitement over takes me as I ponder how near He draws and of His great love! Here is an old one on the reason for this season
Tis the Season
And we are the reason
He gave His most Faithful Son
That we might be
With He one day!
His Son brings all truth to light!
And that time it grows ever near!
So seek that love so precious
Through the Faith filled Son
That we may walk likened to the Son one day.
Pleasing and following the Fathers Way!
So light those lights dear children
Seek his face so radiant and clear, and see the love so real
That you live in no fear
For there is no other who can bring a love so real!
So light your light this season for the entire world to see
That they might know they are the reason for the season
That little baby wrapped in swaddling covers
Is an expression of God’s great love
How wise our creator is
The spirit points to Jesus and Jesus to His Father
by the Holy Spirit we can experience His great Love
He gave his son for whoever…
Let that whoever be you
